    Is it pointless to use only the ikaw oil?

    ikaw oil plays an essential role in supporting the skin's barrier and enhancing softness, so it isn't pointless on its own. However, the skin fundamentally needs a balance of "hydration" and "oil." Use the oil to prep the skin, followed by the lotion to hydrate, and finish with the cream to lock it all in. Each product serves its unique role, and layering all three helps guide the skin to a healthier state. Feel free to tailor your combination based on your skin's condition or mood.

    Can I use it with my baby or child?

    ikaw oil is patch tested and formulated to be safe for all ages, including infants and young children. Gentle on sensitive skin, it's suitable for shared skincare between parent and child.

    Can I use it in the morning?

    ikaw oil is formulated to help prevent skin damage caused by oxidation, so it's safe to use both in the morning and at night.

    Can I refill from the big bottle?

    Exposure to air or foreign substances can occasionally accelerate the oxidation of the oil. For this reason, we do not recommend refilling as a brand policy.If you choose to transfer the oil for portability or other reasons, please take care to avoid any contact with water or other ingredients, and use it at your own discretion.

    Can I use it on the delicate (intimate) area?

    All ikaw products are formulated based on Japan’s safety data standards and do not contain ingredients known to cause high risk of allergic reactions or irritation. For that reason, they are generally considered safe for use on delicate areas.However, since individual skin sensitivity can vary depending on body type and condition, we recommend testing the product on a less sensitive area, such as the inner arm or thigh, before using it on more delicate skin. Please use your own discretion and comfort as a guide.
