    初めて使った時は、セットになったものを購入した時です。その時は化粧水はほかで代用できるかなと思い、他の化粧水に変えました。数ヶ月して暑い季節になった時に肌が荒れ始めて、急いでイカウの化粧水に変えたら落ち着いてきました。食事とか皮膚科の薬に頼った部分もありますが、イカウの化粧水に変えてから肌が安定してます。スキンケアだけで肌荒れが治ることは難しいと思いますが、内面から変えたプラスアルファーに使うスキンケアとしてイカウを使うことは安心できます！おすすめです
