このたびアメリカ政府より、「全ての国からの個人輸入に対する免税措置の停止（デミニミス制度の見直し）」に関する大統領令が発表されました。これにより、2025年8月29日以降、アメリカ宛ての個人向け商品については免税が適用されず、関税が課される可能性があります。
また、現時点（2025年7月現在）では、米国税関における申告方法や関税の支払い方法など、具体的な運用ルールが明確にされていない状況です。

[Important Notice] Regarding Shipments to the United States

We would like to inform you that the U.S. government has announced a presidential order concerning the “suspension of duty-free exemption for personal imports from all countries” (a revision of the de minimis rule).
As a result, from August 29, 2025, duty-free exemption may no longer apply to personal shipments to the United States, and customs duties may be imposed.
As of now (July 2025), the U.S. Customs authorities have not provided clear guidance regarding declaration procedures or how duties should be paid.
Please note the following:
・Deliveries to the U.S. may be delayed longer than usual
・Shipments may be returned depending on customs decisions
・Any customs duties incurred may be the responsibility of the recipient
